Title:                       Finance Business Partner

​​

Reporting to:      Chief Financial Controller at Holding Level

​​

Basic purpose: Responsible for providing strategic governance and operational financial expertise, including business planning and budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, supporting the General Manager of the respective daughter company – Delion. Manages the financial processes of the business unit to protect shareholders' interests, which involves performance analysis, planning and budgeting, risk management, cost control, and compliance with group policies. Participates in key business decisions, consulting the General Manager of Delion on the company’s strategic and operational projects.

Mainresponsibilities:

​​

  • Responsible for creating the company's strategic business plan, participating in the annual financial target discussions set by the holding management, and contributing to the development of the company's vision and strategic plan;

  • Drive the annual budgeting process for the company in compliance with corporate policies and requirements; Participate in discussions regarding budget justification and approval partnering with the General Manager;

  • Responsible for monitoring monthly and annual financial plan achievements, producing reports, and creating short- and long-term forecasts. This includes cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements;

  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management. Also, in charge of approving and controlling inter-company credit granting and repayment in compliance with group policies;

  • Drive the financial analysis and resource planning for the company’s business projects. This includes profit forecast, cash flow forecast, and working capital requirements. Review and approve service level agreements, validating the financial terms and conditions in compliance with corporate policies;

  • Perform various advanced financial analyses and create regular and ad hoc management reports for the General Manager of Delion and the senior management of the holding; Facilitate the company's business decision-making process by developing and recommending viable solutions.

Candidate’s Profile

​​

​

General requirements:


  • A University degree in Finance or Accounting, or a closely related field with strong financial acumen,        including business analysis and forecast, planning and controlling;

  • 5 + years of experience in a relevant finance role within a multinational environment, and experience at  an FMCG, retail, logistics or service company is an advantage;

  • Understanding and experience in the field of financial management, management accounting, financial  control and project management is strongly required;

  • Critical and analytical thinking, accompanied by a problem-solving attitude and in-depth knowledge of    finance, with skills for financial analysis of complex financial information and short- and long-term     planning;

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and a proactive attitude is needed;

  • Balanced and thoughtful approach with the ability to manage different stakeholders and multiple conflicting priorities;

  • MS Office acumen with excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP financial systems; 

  • Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
